New Year’s Eve Celebration Menu

A celebratory meal in our marquee & dining room followed by drinks and dancing from 9pm

Starter

Smoked haddock & chive risotto with parmesan

Pressed terrine of wild game with fig chutney

Warm winter vegetable & goats cheese salad (v)

Duck and port pate with cranberry chutney

Main Course

Slow cooked sirloin of beef with pepper & stilton sauce on the side

Chicken breast stuffed with garlic cheese topped with a creamy mushroom sauce

Whole stuffed wild partridge roasted in the oven with mulled wine gravy

Oven baked halibut with hazelnut crust with fresh tomato sauce

Whole oven roasted red pepper stuffed with cinnamon spiced cous cous

 

All served with hand cut chips, a basket of fresh steamed vegetables & new potatoes
