Home slow roast turkey and gammon ham with bacon wrapped chipolata, stuffing & gravy
Whole stuffed wild partridge roasted in the oven with mulled wine gravy
Venison ‘Rossini’ cooked medium rare, on a pate topped crouton with bacon & red wine sauce
Whole seabass stuffed with herbs & garlic baked in the oven in white wine
