Booking Procedure

1. These menus are also available in printed format - call us and we can post additional copies.
2. Provisionally book your party with Sally or Dave over the telephone, by email or in person, these will be held for 48 hours, no booking is confirmed until a deposit is paid.
3. All bookings require a pre-order. The booking sheets are available here or phone for a copy to be posted out to you. Completed booking forms are required two weeks prior to the booking.
4. Deposits & full payments required are as follows:

• Festive Lunch, Festive Celebration & Festive Buffet Bookings - £5 deposit per person to confirm the booking, full payment on or before the booking
• Christmas Day & New Years Eve - £10 per person  deposit to confirm the booking, full payment due  by 14th December

Please Note, all parties of 12 or more will be subject to an optional 10% service charge

Important notes

All deposits and full payments are completely non refundable in the event of you cancelling or changing your booking except where covered by our No Snow guarantee.

For any bookings which are not completed as above we reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking without the right to a refund of deposit.

We do our best to ensure that all dishes are available as described however we only use local suppliers and it may be necessary to make some minor changes to the menu but will inform you of this.

We have put together these menus to make your celebration meal run as smoothly as possible. If you have any further requirements or special requests please ask us.

If you or one of your party has an allergy or dietary requirement which is not catered for please let us know and we will accommodate.
